This pre-owned qPCR instrument is designed for real-time detection using a 4-color optical system with Blue LED excitation and photodiode detection. Reaction volume is 10 to 30 uL, with run times under 40 minutes in Fast Mode and under 2 hours in Standard Mode. The unit shows normal cosmetic wear from prior use and was confirmed to initialize properly and pass a cycle test during intake inspection.
