Description
Chemometec Nucleo Counter NC-3000 NucleoCounter is an advanced image cytometer and automated cell analyzer for quantitative cell characterization. It uses 2x magnification optics with a 1/2 inch CCD camera (1392 x 1040 pixels) to generate images and quantitative outputs such as tables, histograms, and scatter plots. The system supports cell counting and viability as well as assays including cell cycle, mitochondrial potential, vitality, caspase, Annexin V, transfection efficiency, and DNA fragmentation depending on configuration. Sample handling is designed for Via1-Cassette, NC-Slide A2, and NC-Slide A8 formats with sample loading volumes of 60 uL (cassette), 30 uL (A2), and 10 uL (A8). Unit is pre-owned and in working order based on intake inspection, with normal signs of prior use. NucleoView software is not included, and buyer should confirm compatibility with their workflow and any required components for their specific application.
