10X Genomics Chromium Single Cell Controller GCG-SR-1 (Serial 30809), manufactured in 2019, is a benchtop touchscreen controller used to run single-cell genomics workflows such as single-cell RNA-seq and other Chromium-based applications. The unit was inspected as pre-owned and in working order based on intake inspection, with normal signs of prior use. During inspection, the system powered on, but the loading door/mechanism did not open, and further verification of full operation could not be completed. This controller is intended to be used with compatible 10X Genomics Chromium reagent kits and consumables for microfluidics-based single-cell partitioning and barcoding. Please review your specific application requirements and validate suitability for your workflow.

The loading door/mechanism is not opening, (If software is missing or not running, the system may remain in “locked state”)and no further functionality could be verified.
