Description
The Nikon Eclipse Ti2-E Inverted Fluorescence Microscope System is an advanced motorized research microscope and fluorescence imaging system designed for high-performance cell imaging, live-cell research, and demanding life science microscopy applications. This configured system combines Nikon precision optics with automated focusing, a motorized stage, fluorescence illumination, and both monochrome and color digital imaging.
The system features Nikon’s PFS (Perfect Focus System) for maintaining focus during extended imaging experiments, along with a motorized stage and joystick for automated sample positioning. A Lumencor SPECTRA III Light Engine provides the fluorescence illumination source, while the included Photometrics Iris 15 monochrome cameraand Nikon DS-Fi3 color camera support multiple imaging workflows.
The microscope includes Nikon Plan Apo Lambda D objectives in 4X, 10X, 20X, 40X, and 60X oil configurations, providing a broad magnification range for cellular and biological imaging.
This unit is in near-new condition with minimal prior use and is confirmed to be in excellent working condition based on intake inspection. The system was professionally uninstalled and packed by Nikon into five Pelican 1660 wheeled cases and is ready for shipment. Professional Nikon installation is recommended.
