GE Healthcare Sefia Select System S-2000 Cell Processing System with Sefia Select module is an automated closed cell-processing platform designed to support cell isolation, cell harvest, and formulation workflows for cell therapy manufacturing and bioprocessing. The system includes the Sefia S-2000 instrument and Sefia Select (Ref: 29376725), with an electric centrifugation motor rated up to 1600 x g, four motorized axes for automated fluid flow management, and a thermal mixer for temperature control between +4 C and +40 C. It also provides separation chamber temperature control (+4 C to +37 C), a peristaltic pump up to 405 mL/min, and pressure sensors for kit lines (-800 to +2000 mbar). Bag holders include weight sensors for controlled handling (each hook up to 15 kg; total pole safe working load 20 kg). Connectivity includes 5 USB ports and 2 Ethernet ports with a color touchscreen user interface. Unit is preowned and shows a minor alarm condition during inspection; it was not fully tested due to missing login access, software, and required accessories. Cosmetic condition is excellent.
