Description
GE Healthcare Cytiva Sefia Select S-2000 automated closed cell-processing system with Sefia Select module (Ref: 29376725), manufactured in 2019. This pre-owned unit is designed to automate and close cell isolation, cell harvest, and formulation workflows for cell therapy manufacturing using integrated centrifugation, peristaltic pumping, thermal mixing, pressure/air detection, and automated fluid management. The system includes the Sefia S-2000 instrument and the Sefia Select module. It is equipped with a centrifugation motor rated up to 1600 x g, a thermal mixer with temperature control between +4 C and +40 C, and a separation chamber temperature control between +4 C and +37 C. A peristaltic pump supports up to 405 mL/min, with kit-line pressure sensing from -800 to +2000 mbar. Bag holders include weight sensors with a maximum load capacity of 15 kg per hook (20 kg total safe working load of the pole). Unit shows normal signs of prior use, including visible scratches on the lower front panel.
