Description
The Forma Scientific Class II A/B3 Biological Safety Cabinet Model: 1186 is a 6 ft biosafety cabinet designed for personnel, product, and environmental protection during biological laboratory procedures. Manufactured by Forma Scientific, this unit features vertical laminar HEPA-filtered airflow and can be configured for Type A or Type B3 applications depending on the exhaust setup. While the cabinet is functional with the blower and lights operational, it emits an abnormal loud alarm noise when the glass sash is opened. The cabinet shows cosmetic wear consistent with normal use, and airflow velocity, HEPA filter integrity, and containment performance have not been tested or certified. Casters are not included.

Preowned Safety Cabinet with cosmetic wear and blemishes consistent with normal use. Blower starts, fluorescent/UV lights operate, and the front glass sash moves properly. An abnormal loud alarm noise is heard when the glass sash is opened. Airflow velocity, HEPA filter integrity, and containment performance have not been tested or certified. Casters not included.
