Cytiva Sefia Select System S-2000 Cell Processing System with Sefia Select module (Manufactured 2023-10-06). This automated, closed cell-processing platform is designed to streamline cell isolation, cell harvest, and formulation workflows for cell therapy manufacturing using a versatile system. The unit was inspected as pre-owned and in working order based on intake inspection; however, it has not been fully performance tested for your specific application. The technician noted an alarm indicating the Select Module magnet was not detected, and operation was limited due to missing software and required accessories that are not included. Key hardware includes a centrifugation motor rated up to 1600 x g, four motorized axes for automated fluid flow management, thermal mixing with temperature control between +4 C and +40 C, and separation chamber temperature control between +4 C and +37 C. It also features a peristaltic pump up to 405 mL/min, pressure sensors for kit lines (-800 to +2000 mbar), and bag holders with weight sensors (15 kg per hook; 20 kg total safe working load of the pole).
