Description
This used GE AxiChrom 200/500 chromatography column is designed for process development and biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Featuring a 16-liter capacity, this unit facilitates efficient packing and operation with its single-screw adapter. Suitable for a variety of applications, it provides a hygienic design and operation with materials that include 316L Stainless Steel and Borosilicate Glass. Designed to withstand temperatures from 4C to 40C, and pressures up to 6 bar, it accommodates bed heights up to 26 cm and volumes of up to 410.9 liters with packing extensions. Note, the stand is not included for column sizes 100-200.
